START A RETURN
To initiate a return, enter your email address into our Returns Center. A prepaid return label will be provided via email for domestic U.S. orders that qualify for a return. Once your return has been authorized, you'll receive an email with step-by-step instructions and your label attached.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
We strive to process your refund as quickly as possible in the order that they are received. This can normally take between 5-7 business days. During times of high volume, it can take up to two weeks after the package has been received. You’ll be notified via email once your refund has been processed.

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
- Merchandise purchased between November 19, 2018 - January 5, 2019 will be eligible for return within 45 days of the original purchase date. On January 5, 2019, orders will qualify for a return within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Returned items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached) to qualify for a refund.
- Tailored merchandise will be accepted with a $12.95 restocking fee, which is deducted from the refund total. The original $12.95 tailoring fee is non-refundable.
WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE?
- Orders returned outside of the return window or in unsuitable condition.
- Washed or worn merchandise.
- Clearance items marked as final sale and tailored sale items.
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
- Custom Made-to-Measure and Bespoke orders.
