START A RETURN

To initiate a return, enter your email address into our Returns Center. A prepaid return label will be provided via email for domestic U.S. orders that qualify for a return. Once your return has been authorized, you'll receive an email with step-by-step instructions and your label attached. If your order was placed using a gift card, please contact our Customer Experience Team for additional return assistance.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

We strive to process your refund as quickly as possible in the order that they are received. This can normally take between 5-7 business days. During times of high volume, it can take up to two weeks after the package has been received. You’ll be notified via email once your refund has been processed.

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

  • Full price merchandise will qualify for a full refund to the original form of payment if returned within 60 days of the original purchase date. 
  • After 60 days, returns will be accepted for store credit at the last retail value. Product ordered during promotional periods will only be eligible for the value of the initial purchase price.
  • Sale merchandise, not designated as final sale, may be returned within 60 days from purchase date for a full refund to the original form of payment. After 60 days, returns will be accepted for store credit in the amount of the last retail value.
  • Final Sale merchandise may only be returned for store credit or exchange within 30 days of original purchase date.

    ALTERED Merchandise

  • Merchandise that has incurred sleeve shortening will be accepted with a $12.95 restocking fee, which is deducted from the refund total. The original $12.95 fee is non-refundable. Please contact Customer Experience if you'd like to return a product that has had the sleeves shortened. An even exchange is available upon reaching out to our Customer Experience Team to avoid restocking or additional alteration fees, pending product availability.
  • Sale merchandise that has incurred sleeve shortening, not designated as final sale, will be accepted within 60 days of original purchase date. After 60 days, returns will be accepted for store credit in the amount of the last retail value. 
  • Merchandise marked final sale that has incurred sleeve shortening is only eligible for a store credit refund or exchange within 30 days, pending product availability.

WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE?

  • Orders will not be eligible for returns or exchanges after 120 days of the original purchase date.
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
  • Sleeve shortening fees and shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Custom Made-to-Measure and Bespoke orders.
  • Repurchase orders in which an Instant Voucher was used.
